I am a Conservation Botanist at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden and a PhD candidate in Botany at Claremont Graduate University. I previously studied the flora of a little place called Owens Peak in the southern Sierra. I now study monkeyflowers in the family Phrymaceae. My research interests include floristics of the southern California, conservation of biodiversity, and rarity and endemism.
